DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ARUSHA
Your guide will be picking you up on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport which is a 1-hour drive from Kilimanjaro to Arusha town.
You’ll be taken to your accommodation in Arusha. Standing at an altitude of 1390m, the town is surrounded by fertile land that yields Coffee, Wheat, and maize to the people of the Waarusha and Wameru tribes. It is one of Tanzania’s most attractive and live towns.

DAY 02: ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK AND WALKING SAFARI TRIP
After breakfast, you will meet our professional tour guide/driver, who will deliver a short safari info briefing, after which we travel east to the Arusha National Park. Once you arrive, you’ll stretch your legs on an out-of-this-world walking safari, accompanied by a ranger who will guide you through the rainforest up to a sparkling waterfall where you’ll be able to spot black and white colobus monkeys you about their day. After a tasty lunch, you’ll hop in the Land Cruiser for a game drive that will take you through a wider scope of the park, including the Lakes of Momella and the Ngurdoto Crater, and you’ll most likely spot buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthogs, zebra, and gazelle as well as a host of different bird species. If you’re lucky you’ll catch a glimpse of the shy leopard or elephant.

DAY 03: ARUSHA TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME VIEWING
Pick up from Arusha and transfer to Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch boxes. Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park), located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Lake Manyara’s unique tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the Lake.

DAY 04: LAKE MANYARA TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME DRIVE
After breakfast, we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. You will enjoy our picnic lunch boxes on the way and the en-route afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

DAY 05: FULL DAY AT SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK AND RETIMA HIPPO POOL
Be one of only a few fortunate people to glide in a Hot Air Balloon over the Serengeti Plains (available at supplementary cost by pre-arrangement). Floating silently above the awakening bush, while spotting wildlife and enjoying the amazing scenery of Africa, across rivers and over numerous small villages.
After breakfast. Enjoy the game viewing along the Sogore River Circuit, which loops into the plains south of the Seronera River, and is good for possible lion, Thomson gazelle, topi, ostrich, and cheetah sightings. The visitor’s center not far from the Serengeti Seronera Lodge and public campsites, is well worth a visit after the morning’s game drive. This nicely designed center offers some interesting wildlife displays as well as a gift shop selling information leaflets and maps of the area. Lying deep in the northwest region of the national park, Retima Hippo Pool attracts both hippos and humans from across the reserve. A play park for hundreds of hippos year-round, it offers a constant water supply from the converging Seronera and Orangi rivers. Watch these magnificent and often hilarious creatures in their natural habitat, frolicking and fighting in the pools, and dwarfing the occasional crocodile on the shore. Later you will drive back for overnight.

DAY 06: SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA
After breakfast, we depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation area with picnic lunch boxes. We will stop at Olduvai Gorge, which boasts a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of the ’Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution for a surcharges

DAY 07: NGORONGORO CRATER FOR CRATER TOUR AND NIGHT GAME DRIVE AT MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we descend 600m into this magnificent crater for a Crater tour. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive Leopard. Later you will drive to Lake Manyara for the night game drive, after dinner your drive starts around 20:30 from where you head into the thick ground-water forest of Lake Manyara. From the forest, you head down towards the lake following the Simba River to the hippo pools. You will return back to the forest and finally be back at the park gate around 23:00 this night safari will give you an entirely different perspective of the park and wildlife

DAY 08: LAKE EYAS DATOGA AND HADZABE TRIBE EXPERIENCE
Today will be a very special and different day. You will wake up very early, just before sunrise, and follow your guide until he finds the Hadzabe tribe, one of the last true nomadic tribes in Africa. After some explanations about the tribe, you will join them in their daily morning activities. This experience is out of the beaten track and does not feel touristic by any means. The photographic opportunities are out of this world. This tour will definitely be a highlight of your safari. The experiences you have with the tribe can either be joining the men in their daily hunting or the women in their fruit-gathering session. In either of them, you will learn about many aspects of the Hadzabe way of living.
After finishing the activities with the tribe, we will visit the beautiful Lake Eyasi, a seasonal shallow Salt Lake on the floor of the Great Rift Valley.

DAY 09: PANORAMA CAMPSITE TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK THE BACK TO ARUSHA
After breakfast, we depart for the Tarangire National Park. The Park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African National Park is also home to three rare species of animals – the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings. You will then drive back to Arusha enjoying picnic lunch boxes on the way, whereby you will be dropped off at Arusha.
