DAY 02: DRIVE TO MASAI MARA RESERVE

You will be picked up at your hotel of stay and commence the drive southwest to Maasai Mara Enjoy hot lunch at Narok and proceed with the drive to Masai Mara.  Enjoy an evening game drive in Maasai Mara Reserve.

DAY 03:  FULL DAY WILL BE SPENT EXPLORING MASAI MARA RESERVE.

This day you will depart after breakfast to Maasai Mara Reserve for full-day game viewing drives. Picnic lunches will be served as you relax under a tree and see the vast landscape and its beauty.  spend the whole day looking for the big five and we are hopeful you will see almost all if not all of the big five among many animals. Thereafter you will return to the lodge.

DAY 04: MORNING GAME VIEWING DRIVE AND DRIVE TO NAKURU NATIONAL PARK.

DAY 05: MORNING GAME DRIVE IN NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

After an early breakfast, depart for a drive in Nakuru National Park where we hope you will have the sight of flamingos.  Later on, exit the park and   continue the drive to Nairobi   with picnic lunches on the   way upon arrival   you will be dropped off at Meridian Hotel in Nairobi

DAY 06 TRANSFERS FROM NAIROBI TO TANZANIA (PICK UP AT SHUTTLE POINT)

DAY 07: FROM ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Morning, you will be picked up at your hotel with picnic lunches and driven towards Tarangire National Park. Lunch will be served at the picnic point.

We set out for Tarangire National Park on a good tarmac road across gently rolling Maasai plains with scattered acacia trees. As we go along the way, we pass many Maasai in colorful dresses walking on the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts. Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, is also host to a multitude of other creatures. From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, we experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and life-giving Tarangire River, endeavoring to encounter a multitude of creatures, from zebra to wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, to name a few. We may glimpse lions stalking prey or leopards watching, relaxing in the trees above.

DAY 09: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE, SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

You will enjoy a full day of game viewing in Serengeti, exploring this fantastic game park with your packed lunches in search of the Big 5: Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. Depending on the time of your visit, you may even witness the Great Migration of nearly a million wildebeest and zebras as they move.

One of the most sought-after experiences for wildlife and nature enthusiasts, the Great Migration is the ever-moving circular migration of over a million animals across the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem. The constant movement of columns of wildebeest, joined by a host of companions, follow an age-old route in search of grazing and water. DAY 10: SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

After breakfast, you will drive from Serengeti National Park to the Ngorongoro Crater.
When you first see Ngorongoro Crater, it looks like a forgotten world. Concealed by the steep volcanic walls is a pristine wilderness including sweeping savannah, pockets of acacia woodland, and glistening lakes and swamps. The crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago.
The drive down into the crater is an adventure in itself and when you reach the crater floor, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands.
After a full afternoon inside the crater, you will head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay

You will be picked up from your accommodation and be driven straight to the airport which marks the end of your epic adventure.

Today you embark on an unforgettable safari into the Crater. Ngorongoro is one of the most picturesque settings for observing wildlife. With around 30,000 resident animals, the game viewing is excellent all year round and the photographic opportunities are unrivaled! Encounters with animals are frequent in this Garden of Eden,

and there is a wide variety to see. Lake Magadi, the soda lake on the floor of the Crater, is home to thousands of Flamingos. This is also one of the best places to see the endangered Black Rhino.

DAY 12: MATERUNI WATERFALL ACTIVITIES AND CHEMKA HOTSPRING

Materuni Waterfall is one of the Waterfalls in the Kilimanjaro Region, North East Tanzania favoring Day trips. It is found in the village of Materuni on the edge of the Kilimanjaro Mountain Reserve. The waterfall is blessed with a great view of the tropical rainforest, coffee plantations, bananas, and avocados. Later when you reach Chemka Hot Spring (Kikuletwa) it will appear as an oasis surrounded by sprawling fig trees, in the middle of this semi-arid landscape. You will see clear water bubbling from underground caves, giving the impression that it is boiling, hence the name “Hot-springs”.

On this day the driver will drop you off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, for the local flight to Zanzibar for an overnight at

DAY 15: JOZANI FOREST ISLAND NATIONAL PARK AND SPICE TOURS

Today you go on an excursion to the spice and fruit plantations close to Stone town for the famous Spice Tour. We have developed a special Spice Tour with in-depth information not only about spices but also about organically grown herbs and a detailed description of their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. After the tour, we invite you for an opulent lunch at our guides’ home, where you can taste the spices and fruits.

After experience all about spice tour, you will be back at the hotel for your hot lunch at Amani bungalow resort 
on the way, you pass Jozani Forest, the last habitat of the rare endemic Red Colobus Monkey.

With a local guide, you stroll through Jozani Chwaka National Park and look at the rare monkeys. If you wish you can even wander down the boardwalk to the fascinating Mangrove Ecosystem.

DAY 16: DEPARTURE TRANSPORTATION TO ZANZIBAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

 

Transfer to the airport after breakfast. Have a leisurely morning and prepare yourself to drive about one hour to the Zanzibar airport. Our driver will be there on time to pick you up and start driving towards the airport at the agreed time. Make sure you are prepared on time.
